The 7th International Conference on Computational Collective Intelligence Technologies and Applications (ICCCI 2015) took place in Madrid, Spain. The conference was organized by Wroclaw University of Technology (Poland) in cooperation with two Spanish universities: Universidad Complutense de Madrid and Universidad Auntónoma de Madrid. The conference was run under the patronage of the IEEE SMC Technical Committee on Computational Collective Intelligence. General Chair of the conference was Professor Ngoc Thanh Nguyen. Six representatives of our Division: Prof. Ngoc Thanh Nguyen, Dr. Bogdan Trawiński, Dr. Kazimierz Choroś, Dr. Agnieszka Indyka-Piasecka, Dr. Bernadetta Maleszka, and Dr. Marcin Maleszka took part in the conference.

186 papers from 32 countries all over the world were submitted to the conference. 110 papers with the highest quality were selected for oral presentation and publication in two volumes of the Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence series (vol. 9329 and 9330).

Keynote speeches were given by Prof. Francisco Herrera z Universidad de Granada (Spain), Prof. B. John Oommen z Carleton University (Canada), Prof. Guy Theraulaz z Université Paul Sabatier (France), and Jorge Ufano from Spanish company INVINCO.
